By staying at the host hotel, you assist Stanford Hospital & Clinics in meeting its contractual obligation with Big Sky Resort and in keeping future registration rates reasonable. To receive the group rate, indicate that you are attending the Stanford Hospital & Clinics 21st Annual Anesthesia Update conference. Rates are extended three days pre- and post-conference. Please note: check in time is 5:00 pm. Check out time is 10:00 am. Room block will be closed on January 25, 2009.
Big Sky Cancellation Policy
Reservations cancelled within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire required deposit.
