Registration fee includes Saturday evening welcome reception, breakfasts, Après Ski Refreshments, course materials, and continuing education certification.
Guest Fee: $100 per family (Includes immediate family only—spouse and children under 18.)

Family Registration
Name badges are required for admission to breakfasts, Après Ski Refreshments, and the Saturday evening welcome reception. Limited to spouse or significant other and children under 18. Please PRINT all family names including name of registrant as you would like them shown on name badges. (Include ages of all children.)

Registration Fee Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested in writing by January 25, 2009 and will be subject to a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Program materials cannot be guaranteed unless enrollment is received by January 25, 2009.
